I had high expectations for this sake because it has a good reputation, but it's so much better than I expected 🤤.
I couldn't open it because there was only one bottle...
I opened the bottle to drink it during the Obon vacation!
From the first sip, I was like, "This is the kind I like!
It has a slight effervescence that is typical of nama-shu (unpasteurized sake).
It has a nice aroma in the mouth, sweetness, but soon the bitterness arrives, and a refreshing aftertaste at the end.
Well balanced and very tasty 🤤.
