Sake received as a souvenir from Yamagata.
I was so excited that I left work early and went home for this sake.
The sweetness and aroma spread on the palate, but once swallowed, it was easy to drink without any aftertaste.
It is delicious. Just hearing that it is made using the traditional sake yeast yeast yeast, makes me feel that it is even better for my health ๐.
