Sake received as a souvenir from Yamagata.
I was so excited that I left work early and went home for this sake.
The sweetness and aroma spread on the palate, but once swallowed, it was easy to drink without any aftertaste.
It is delicious. When I hear that the sake is made from the traditional sake yeast, I feel that it is better for my health because it was made over a long period of time ๐.
