Booked an evening course at Bunraku Tozo, which I had longed for.
I made my debut of hot sake.
The aroma was more explosive than when served cold.
A totally different taste.
When I arrived at the restaurant, the hall and private rooms were full of customers with reservations.
It was a bit difficult to get drinks and food, but I was able to eat and drink slowly and enjoy chatting with my fellow diners.
