I bought this sake because of its name.
I visited the Kamaya website and found that "Rikishi" was not the name of a sumo wrestler, but of a "famous porcelain potter".
Was he a good sumo wrestler, too?
The sake was fresh and refreshing. The spiciness came after that. It is easy to drink.
I had it with grilled salt fish.
