This is the first time I've had a Bodai-Hashimoto sake, and I was surprised at how beautiful it tasted, even though I had heard it was an old method 😳. It has a very clear and clean ama-uuma without any cloying taste. The aftertaste is not very long, so I drank it easily 🍶.

I got this limited New Year's celebration sake from Sake Brewery Kushira on New Year's Eve. I was told it was more on the dry side, but it was delicious, not too dry and with a strong umami flavor. ☺️

When I drank it right after it was put in, it seemed quite stimulating. When I put it in my mouth, it was sweet and sour with a dry aftertaste. It was ...... but as I drank it while eating snacks, it became softer and had a soft sweet aftertaste. I liked it so much I want to buy myself some next season 👀✨.

Very rich and mild. It is sweet and delicious. The oriki dancing in the light nigori is also beautiful. Very tasty, but maybe I should have had it last instead of the first cup because it was so rich😅.

I happened to see it at a liquor store and bought it. It has a nice rich sweet flavor with just the right amount of schwarziness. Even after a week or so, it was still delicious even if it had lost some of its gas.

It was fresh when I opened it, but a bit pungent for me. It was fresh when I opened it, but it was a bit pungent for me. After a couple of days, it tastes better, as it seems to have lost some of its sharpness and become mellower. It tastes good both before and after mixing the cage.

Sake received at the Raifuku brewery meeting. Fresh and fruity. A bit of a schwarziness. If it's called green apple, maybe it is? 🍏. They made it with the intention of making a melon, but it didn't have much of a melon feel, so they named it green apple.

I got this sake at a sake bar owned by a brewery I stopped by on a trip to Kanazawa. It was very nice, with a gentle sweetness and a refreshing taste, like a lactic acid bacteria drink for adults. The tofu served as a snack was a specialty of Ishikawa, and it had a creamy texture that was very unlike tofu. The tofu marinated in miso, which was served as a snack, had a creamy texture that was hard to believe it was tofu.

This sake was given to me at a Haneya brewery meeting. It was apparently unreleased at that time. It was made with rice from Yamagata. The taste was very clear, beautiful and delicious.
