Made from rice suitable for sake brewing, Fukunohana.
The supernatant has a sweetness with a bitter taste and a little bitterness due to its effervescence.
When mixed with other sake, it has a gentle sweetness that makes it even more enjoyable.
Fukumitsuya Junmai Ginjo Nigori Sake Nama Shiroki, Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Prefecture
You can feel the carbon dioxide gas as it is.
The sweetness gradually comes out and it is a sake to enjoy winter.
This is my first nigori from Fukumasamune.
It is a sparkling wine, but it can be opened without difficulty,
Is it too chilled?
I drink a lot of nigori these days.
See you later,
Oh-oh,
It's spicy and delicious.
And the weak fizziness is nice.
It's delicious.
I drank it over 4 days, with one day of beer in between, but it lasted longer than I thought it would because it was still popping when I opened the lid on the last day.
And the taste was the same as on the first day, so I was able to drink it until the end.
Today's beer,
Seth's Preminum Bohemian.
This is delicious,
What's so good about it?
Fruity and thirst-quenching,
It's just delicious,
I'll buy it again.
I wonder if they are sold out?
Nigori Junmai Ginjo! No heat treatment!
The mouthfeel is full of nigori's characteristic rice flavor, but the aftertaste is dry and refreshing!
Serve with stewed red liver!
It has a carbonation that tickles the tongue and a clean, rich sweetness, and thanks to the delicious taste of rice and moderate acidity, it is so well-balanced that you never get tired of drinking it...or rather, you drink too much of it. It reminds me of Calpis soda.
I was told that it is only available in winter. I would like to buy it again during the season.
