This is my first nigori from Fukumasamune.
It is a sparkling wine, but it can be opened without difficulty,

I drink a lot of nigori these days.

It's delicious.
I drank it over 4 days, with one day of beer in between, but it lasted longer than I thought it would because it was still popping when I opened the lid on the last day.
And the taste was the same as on the first day, so I was able to drink it until the end.

It has a carbonation that tickles the tongue and a clean, rich sweetness, and thanks to the delicious taste of rice and moderate acidity, it is so well-balanced that you never get tired of drinking it...or rather, you drink too much of it. It reminds me of Calpis soda.
