This is the first time I've had a Bodai-Hashimoto sake, and I was surprised at how beautiful it tasted, even though I had heard it was an old method 😳.
It has a very clear and clean ama-uuma without any cloying taste. The aftertaste is not very long, so I drank it easily 🍶.
