KUROHIGE
I went to Toshima-ya Sake Brewery in Higashimurayama city, Tokyo.
After tasting about 4 brands that are only available at the brewery, I chose this one.
It's raw sake, so it has the freshness, the gorgeous aroma of Ginjo, and the gentle sweetness.
There were also a lot of tasty snacks on sale, so if you're in the area, be sure to stop by. We recommend it.
