Yamagata Prefecture has many famous brands.
We chose Kudokidoshi's Junmai Ginjo Sake Mirai, which is famous for its fruity sake, as our debut bottle.
The aroma is gorgeous and fruity itself.
The mouthfeel is mellow with no horniness.
The sweetness is fully felt, but it finishes with a clean and moderate bitterness.
It's so good!
This is probably my favorite sake level.
Rice: 100% Sakemira
