I didn't even know that there was a warning to open the bottle, so I opened it unprotected and it easily flew to the ceiling.
The aroma is subdued and the taste of the rice is strong, giving the impression that you are drinking sake. It seems to go well with richly flavored meals.
The label is stylish, but it's not a fragrant fruity sake...
