It is refreshing, fruity and easy to drink. It is said to have the aroma of grapes, so it is a sake for food. I had it with the sashimi-style ponzu flavor of white liver.
Crisp, clear and dry! I was told to drink it. I was under the impression that the dry taste had an odor, but it had almost no smell and was easy to drink.
It is a summer-only product. I was told that it has the right balance of sweetness and beautiful acidity, so I tried it.
For me, who is a sake novice, it had a little bit of a boozy feeling to it. It felt a bit advanced.
