Koshinoumaisato ☆☆☆ It's a gift, so I'm not sure what it is, but it says DHC Shuzo. The DHC? I'm sure it's good for your health because it's DHC. Let's gulp it down. The more you drink, the healthier you may become. The important taste is Sour taste is strong. No foam. Classic taste or old-fashioned sake taste(?) It has a strong alu taste.

Ilya Thornton of Soga Per Efis. It is said that it means 100 years ago. The aroma is fruity and sour like a wine. When you put it in your mouth, you will feel a slight foam. The sourness is strong, and while it has a wine-like taste, the flavor of the rice is clearly visible and juicy. I personally think that Miyamanishiki is characterized by a bitter aftertaste, and it is just like that. It is my favorite SAKE.

Raifuku X Black Label Specifications are undisclosed Don't think, Feel. The alcohol content is 17, which means it is undiluted sake. The aroma is piney, with a wine-like sourness. The mouthfeel is mild and the taste is sweet with a slight bitterness in the aftertaste. Despite the aroma, there is not much sourness. However, it is a sake for drinking at night as you like without thinking too much about it. The review itself may be a bit uncouth. Drink it as you feel it! Ryo

Potari Potari Kirinzan no Ao The fragrance is modest but gorgeous. just a hint When you put it in your mouth, the sweetness spreads fluently and it becomes sharp. Although it is undiluted and high in alcohol at 17 degrees, it has a gentle taste that does not let you feel it. It is like water with sweetness. I paired it with sushi and it went very well👌🍣

Made in France SAKE Sake brewed with French rice and French malted rice The aroma is wine itself. The sour taste stands out in the mouth. Sake that tastes like wine I've had a sake similar to this before. It is similar to the initial F of Tsuchida Shuzo. It's a little more mellow than that.

Mimurosugi Roman Series (I don't know what the Roman Series is) Fresh and crisp on the palate. The sake is light and fresh, and the sweetness of the rice comes to the fore. There is a slight bitterness in the aftertaste, but it's only a little and you can't tell unless you taste it carefully. It is delicious. It has the same specs as Kaze no Mori, so it is similar, but this is delicious in its own way.

Shinsei's Flax Cat Spark It took me at least 5 minutes to open the bottle because it was foaming so much😅. It has a cage in it. The first thing I felt in my mouth was the sweetness of the rice! I'm not sure what to make of it. It's a sparkling wine, so it's very refreshing! After the sweetness comes the sourness. Surprisingly, the sourness is soft. It's different from the normal Flax Cat. It's a very easy to drink sake because of the low alcohol content. It's a waste of time, but you can drink it with gusto.

I finally found a good kudoki. It's supposed to be dry but it feels sweet. The fruity aroma is immediately apparent upon opening the bottle. The taste is sweet, juicy and crisp! A taste you wouldn't expect from a label with a classic feel! It's delicious!

Kirinzan's new sake Aroma with a touch of alu From the smell, I thought it would have a dry and light taste, but it is unexpectedly gentle on the palate. The taste is juicy and full of flavor. No sourness, no sweetness... is this a dry Danrei? Fresh and new sake. It is easy to drink like water.
