I won't say much but I liked the 2019 better.
It's a matter of taste and the 2020 X-type was very good for what it was.

For the first sake of the new year, we wanted to drink something expensive.
It's 5,000 yen without tax!
It's expensive for a sake, but compared to wine, it's cheap (escape from reality).
The aroma is fluffy and gorgeous!
When you put it in your mouth, the elegant sweetness of rice spreads.
And the sharpness, or rather the cutting is amazing!
However, the taste is gentler than you would expect.
I thought it was a sake with a fruity taste.
It's delicious👌!
I'm not sure if I'll be repeating this, but considering the price😅.
It's not the kind of sake you'd think of as a costumer, but I'm sure there are plenty of cheaper and tastier sakes out there!
That's the good thing about sake😋.
