I asked for something "not too sweet, not too dry" and this is what I got! It was fruity but easy to drink, like a white wine made easy to drink!
Sushi
Famous, but I've never had it before! It's delicious, with a clean sweet taste! It seems that this sake was made by a good friend of the brewery who shared the rice that was made for Jyushiyo!

It has a strong, fresh aroma, like a ramune.
It is slightly sweet and gorgeous, but I like it because it is more refreshing than the normal Mouthful.

An easy-drinking Junmai Daiginjo
Nose to Tail
I drank an ancient rice wine for the first time.
I thought it would be like Shaoxing wine, but it had a wine-like acidity and polyphenol taste.
something that is not what it should be
nose to tail
It was like a welcome drink before the course. It was so good I wanted to drink more! It was so good I wanted more!
It seems that this is a store original and not available for purchase, but I wonder if a similar sake can be purchased from the same brewery.
Yakitori Hirano
Easy to understand and delicious!
There are so many different kinds of Jigyo that I don't know what they are...
I want to be able to memorize the taste...
