Kadoya Sake Shop hanpukai. I was surprised to receive sake wrapped in newspaper. I was even more surprised when I opened it. It was full of ooze. It was strained through a colander. Milky, shwashy, rich flavor. The sweetness is light.
When opened, the flavor is a bit hard. When exposed to air and the temperature rises slightly, it instantly becomes soft, with a green-fleshed melon aroma and sweetness.
