I asked for a recommendation for a dry sake at a liquor store I know.
I had never had this brand before so I bought it without hesitation 🤣.
The aroma is a little sweet and full of rice ☺️
It is a dry sake with a good flavor of rice.
The acidity is a little strong and crisp 😋.
It has a nice sharpness, so you can drink it without getting bored.
I enjoyed it with sashimi👍
It is similar to Akita's Yamamoto 🤔.
