I tasted this sake on the first day of the Sake Fair at Sunshine City in Ikebukuro in July, and when I heard that the brewer had only 3 bottles of this sake, I bought one immediately because it was so delicious! I let it sit for a long time and drank it for the first time in two months, but it's still delicious! Made with 100% Yamaguchi rice grains Polishing ratio 50%.

Posting two days in a row for the first time in a while Sake from Hakodate, which I visited in May It's hard to believe that the rice polishing ratio is 65%! It's so good, you can taste it! I regret giving the 35% junmai daiginjo to a friend as a gift... I let it sit in the fridge for a bit too long...

I think this might be the first time I've bought a four-pack of Roaman. The taste is so consistent. It's great! Polishing ratio 35 %, too much polish, thank you! I drank it cold because it was summer, but the label says it's good heated too.

Kuroryu Summer Shibori, which was first served last month, was finished this evening! My fridge has been full of sake lately, and I'm screaming with joy! It's the perfect sake for hot and humid nights and I love to drink it in early summer every year 🍶. I really like Kuroryu too 😁.

This sake was recommended to me at the Shime-Nawa sake shop in Saga Prefecture when I asked for a fruity sake. It really is very fruity! Easy to drink, I think I might love it! Saga sake is becoming more and more interesting to me!
