My favorite Tsururei, which I bought in Niigata in the summer, finally emptied today...
The description says that it is delicious, mellow, and smooth, and that it was brewed with the utmost care using 100% Yamadanishiki produced in Tojo with the skills of the toji (master brewer) and kurabito (master brewer) combined!
