Today's bottle. When the bottle is uncorked, it has a sweet aroma like pears (kosui). Second run today. The standard wind forest. Purchased because of the summer night sky. The alcohol content is low, 11%. My first impression was apple juice? Easy to drink. (Holy crap!) It is also delicious. I recommend it to women. I would like you to enjoy it slowly with a glass of champagne. I want you to chill it and enjoy the subtle aroma and acidity slowly as an aperitif. (*⁰▿⁰*) It has a sour taste, but it may go well with pickles, asazuke (lightly pickled vegetables), and other snacks. (*⁰▿▿↪No_2070*)

Today's bottle. It started with Natsu Butei, a summer limited edition of Shinomine, which was purchased at our favorite liquor store after enjoying the rest of yesterday's Hanaboe. As is typical of summer sake, it is refreshing and clean. (*≧≧≦*). Clean water, light acidity, sweetness, and a slight fizzy feeling...delicious...(*⊙ω⊙`) This is delicious. I think it would be great on a hot day when it's a little more chilled and married with ayu fish, summer oysters, or pike conger... Shinomine is my favorite brand. ❤️

Today's bottle. It has a unique acidity and a strong astringent taste. Slight sweetness and dry taste. It may be a bit different for different tastes...? I like this sake because of the lees. (*≧≧≦*). I think it is an interesting sake that will change as the day goes by. But I think I will drink it today... (°▽°) The 2nd day after corkage... Hanaboe, I put it in my mouth with a little expectation... "? Huh? Strangely enough, it was almost the same as the first day. Today's film. I was attracted by one word, "Natsu no Shippu" (summer gale), and decided immediately. The word "gale" is true, and it is a refreshing sake. I thought it would be best served with hamo (pike conger eel)... It is a well-balanced sake with sourness, bitterness, and a bit of sweetness. After a few days of drinking, it will lose its sharpness and become easier to drink. (o^^o) This is delicious. (*´`I love it!) Today's first bottle, the first one in GW. It's a dry one, just like the name "Bakudai" (bombed lightning). It's cosy, but I personally think it's a little short...? It tastes good, but.... (◡◡) Dry and light drinking, for better or worse? (´´That´´s a good thing...´´) Once you get used to it, you get the impression that the miscellaneous tastes of junmai sake linger at the end.

Second store I share with a friend the Uraharu Shika and the Jyukuhanakamakiri, which were sold out at the first store. I think the Uraharushika was a refreshing sake... not too sure of my memory... Jyuukyu is a sweet and gorgeous sake, in a good way, just like the image of Jaketo. The first touch was that "Hanakamakiri" was a good expression. It has a sweetness that is not unpleasant, acidity, and a gorgeous appearance. (**I love it!). But maybe it's good because it's one cup at the restaurant, for me... ...I can't drink a lot of it? (o^^o)
