Gorgeous aroma, pineapple? Slightly effervescent, acidic and bitter, tangy and spicy. Well-balanced sake. I want to enjoy the change of the taste by letting it sit for a day after it is uncorked. I want to enjoy the change of the taste, but I think I will drink it up...(**You can drink it up!)

It's a complete jacket. (**) I had been interested in this sake for a long time in a magazine, but had passed it up for the next one. It's a very lychee type sake, and as it claims, it's gorgeous and has a strong acidity. It is easy to drink, but I don't think I will keep drinking it. It is an aperitif.

After all, it's delicious, Tatenogawa. (**) A beautiful sake with a clear throat. I enjoyed it with a Tatenokawa Masu that the master gave me at a sake bar I used to visit on my business trips to Tokyo before Corona.

Second run of the day. (See above for details) The aroma is almost muscat-like and the slight effervescence is pleasant. Well-balanced sake with acidity. Seems to be liked by women, even those who don't like sake can enjoy it? (**) After 4 days, the fizziness and acidity become weaker, but the spiciness comes out. It seems to be sharp in a good way, doesn't it? Personally, this is delicious. (*´`I'm not sure if it's a good idea or not, but it's a good idea.)

This is today. (See below) 3/21 It's been two days since it was corked, but the aroma has not changed and the acidity, bitterness and sharpness have not been compromised, making it a delicious sake. The jacket is also fresh with an old-fashioned retro look. (**)

Slightly effervescent. After the acidity and sweetness are felt, a fizzy feeling is felt down the throat, and the saké goes down smoothly. Personally, the aroma is like cedar. I have the impression that it is a sake from the beginning to the middle stage. (o^^o)
