雪之烝
Today's bottle. It started with Natsu Butei, a summer limited edition of Shinomine, which was purchased at our favorite liquor store after enjoying the rest of yesterday's Hanaboe. As is typical of summer sake, it is refreshing and clean. (*≧≧≦*).
Clean water, light acidity, sweetness, and a slight fizzy feeling...delicious...(*⊙ω⊙`)
This is delicious. I think it would be great on a hot day when it's a little more chilled and married with ayu fish, summer oysters, or pike conger... Shinomine is my favorite brand. ❤️
