雪之烝Second store I share with a friend the Uraharu Shika and the Jyukuhanakamakiri, which were sold out at the first store. I think the Uraharushika was a refreshing sake... not too sure of my memory...
Jyuukyu is a sweet and gorgeous sake, in a good way, just like the image of Jaketo. The first touch was that "Hanakamakiri" was a good expression. It has a sweetness that is not unpleasant, acidity, and a gorgeous appearance. (**I love it!).
But maybe it's good because it's one cup at the restaurant, for me...
...I can't drink a lot of it? (o^^o)
