Second bottle today.
Lees entanglement. On the first day, there is a sense of fizziness, with a slight sweetness and sourness coming through and a lingering impression of bitterness. Easy to drink.
On the second day of bottling, the fizziness is gone and the acidity comes forward more strongly than the sweetness. Personally, I think I like it better on the second day...
I've recently been into lees-related wines...
