雪之烝
Today's bottle. It has a unique acidity and a strong astringent taste. Slight sweetness and dry taste. It may be a bit different for different tastes...? I like this sake because of the lees. (*≧≧≦*).
I think it is an interesting sake that will change as the day goes by. But I think I will drink it today...

The 2nd day after corkage...
Hanaboe, I put it in my mouth with a little expectation... "? Huh? Strangely enough, it was almost the same as the first day. It was unexpected, but it was still delicious, so I enjoyed it until the end. (*´ω`*)
