It is the first Eiko Fuji and the first Sake Mirai.
It is sweet with a good amount of spiciness typical of sake, and fruity because of its acidity 🍍.
The bitterness is one step behind and has a nice sharpness 🍍🗡️
Very well balanced and went well with meals 🍱.
It was delicious!
