First of all, the aroma is gorgeous and fruity, just like a daiginjo 🍍.
The first thing that struck me when I first drank it was the strong acidity 😋.
Overall, it has a great balance of first sourness, then sweetness, and finally a slight bitterness without any peculiarities 👏.
As the name Kamerei suggests, it tasted beautiful 🐢.
I would definitely drink it again. This time I happened to find it at a liquor store, but I don't think it's easily available 😩.
I have a lot of information on availability at sake breweries, so I guess I'll just have to go buy it, prepared to strike out... though it will be a small trip 🚙.
