🎵Gakki 🎵Masamune 🎵aaiyama❤️ 🎶Junmai 🎶Ginjo 🎶Aiyama❤️ It's been a long time since I've been to Aiyama☺️ But Aiyama seems to be 83%. The aroma is astringent pineapple? The taste is strawberry-like with a strong sourness when cold, and the alcohol aftertaste may be strong. When the temperature rises, it seems to have a melon-like taste. As the day goes by, the strawberry and citrus flavors come out and the taste becomes smoother. The alcohol aftertaste is also tame. Personally, I like the taste after the fourth day after opening.

Now we have a Junmai Ginjo Tasake, 100% Red Comet. Let me show you. Let's see how well Tasake performs 😆. The aroma is mildly melon flavor? The taste is sweet with melon🍈 and banana🍌 feeling with a hint of sweet and sour apple🍎. The aftertaste is surprisingly refreshing. The day after opening the bottle, the aroma and taste become more mature, and there is a slight astringency. After a little more time, you can feel a little bit of alcohol in your throat, but after that, the aroma and the flavor that goes into your nose are wonderful. I opened it after 5 days, but I think I can enjoy the taste change a little more 😊.

Kamikawa Taisetsu after a long time. Special pure rice made from 100% non-red comet. The aroma of the just-opened bottle is slightly sweet. The mouthfeel is slightly tingling. The taste is quite sweet with a banana-like sensation. The aftertaste is surprisingly light. But it has a strong alcohol aftertaste. From the second day, the sweetness becomes less intense, and after the initial banana taste, there is a pear-like sweetness and a touch of astringency. I drank Matsubara-sourced sake before, but this time I drank raw sake. The aroma was slightly apple. The mouthfeel is mild and smooth. After that, there is a juicy sweetness and sourness like apples. Nabeshima is a house drinking club and also a Nabesama club. I thought I'd try to do something other than a house drinking club once in a while. 😅 The aroma of the just-opened bottle is slightly melon🍈? It tastes like melon, but after that it tastes juicy and sweet like banana 🍌 ice cream. But as the temperature rises, the lingering taste lessens and the aftertaste is surprisingly refreshing. Junmai Ginjo Twice Fired It's been a long time since I've had a bottle of this "Romain". First day of opening. The taste is banana, yet clear. The banana taste lingers faintly in the aftertaste. As the temperature rises, there may be a slight citrus taste. The next day, the melon flavor starts to appear, and there is a whiskey-like savory aftertaste. The banana taste seems to fade gradually.

The aroma of the just-opened bottle was slightly yogurt. The aroma when you open the bottle is slightly yogurt, with a slight tanginess and plum? The next day, the sweetness started to assert itself. 333rd ANNIVERSARY As a Ni-Rabbit lover, I had seen this sake at Sake-no-Wa and wanted to try it. Luckily I got it😊. The label is surprisingly elaborate with a bunny holding a cracker 🐰 It has a smooth taste with a slight sourness in the back. The acidity is gradually becoming more pronounced and the umami is also getting stronger. I was impressed when I just put it in the fridge. As the temperature rises, the acidity becomes milder and the sweetness becomes stronger. The third day or so, the apple-like sourness can be felt from the very beginning, and the aftertaste is more intense 😋. I'm glad I got it 😄.

The most powerful instrument Masamune. I thought I had drunk one with a similar label, but it was a special honjozo before. The aroma is slightly apple. When you put it in your mouth, you may feel a slight tingling sensation. The taste is apple-like, but also has a refreshing sweetness like a peach. The aftertaste is smooth. As the day goes by, the smoothness on the palate, the peachiness, the aftertaste, and the alu-sense increases. But as the temperature rises, the alu feeling may become muted. Toji Selected Pink Label Jungin Ippatsu Kizukuri Genshu. Miyamanishiki 74.7%, Hoshiakari 25.3%. The ratio is very fine 😄. The previous bottle was 100% Miyamanishiki, so I had to try it again. The aroma is slightly yogurt with a hint of apple. It also has a slight sourness and astringency. That was my impression when I opened the bottle. The banana and cemedine flavors gradually come out, and the aftertaste is very sharp. It has a stronger yogurt feeling than Miyamanishiki 100%, but I was drunk so my memory is a bit hazy😅.

The first Kuroemon XVI to drink at home. It is Banshu Aizan. Jurokuemon Kuroemon Aiyama ❤️ (I might have said that in a while 😅) The aroma is slightly melon-like?
