When it is freshly opened cold, it has a strong sweet and sour taste like strawberries. As the temperature rises, the sweet and sourness is accompanied by a touch of astringency.
The aftertaste is smooth, but the umami is gradually becoming more pronounced.
The sweetness gradually fades after opening the bottle. Instead, you may start to feel the acidity more strongly.
Personally, I found the sweetness, sourness, and aftertaste of the umami to be just right on the third day 😊.
