I went on a trip to Aizu.
I visited the brewery Miyazumi Meizumi Brewery and got
I asked them directly about the difference between Aizu Miyazumi and Sharaku.
The difference is...
Please ask at Miyazumi Meizumi near Aizuwakamatsu Castle.
As you may have guessed, this Miyazumi has the same deep and refreshing flavor as Sharaku.
I prefer it to Sharaku.
To get it, please make a trip to Aizu.
I saw a Sharaku label on a station platform. It is a sin to pass by.
There was no reason not to stop.
I bought it immediately.
I drank it, and...there was no doubt.
There is no doubt about Aizu sake.
I'm going to Aizu this week. I'll be there this week.
It's the end of summer and the nights are sweltering. On such a weekend night, I enjoy this drink as a reminder of summer.
It is refreshing, but has a hidden sharpness. It's perfect for drinking on the porch when the moon is beautiful. Why is it so hot at night in September?
Soft and smooth on the throat, but with a crisp aftertaste. But it has a crisp aftertaste.
If left alone, you can drink as much as you want.
Perfect for Friday night.
Very tasty.
When you open the lid, it makes a nice popping sound.
The spiciness is felt in the back of the throat, but the mouthfeel is refreshing.
Sake from Sado Island, this is a great find. It made me want to visit Sado Island, which I have never been to.
You can easily tell from the liquor store display that it is wrapped in newspaper.
It is refreshing and spicy.
I can drink a lot of it.
It's also thick and chewy.
Today, I had a good thing as well as a bad thing.
I met Mr. Nabeshima for the first time in my life.
I wonder if "light but sharp" is the right word.
Mr. Nabeshima took the best out of me today.
Thank you.
