It's a huge pink 🩷. How can we make such pink sake? It is brewed with only rice and rice malt, and when it ferments, it is said to be colored pink by red yeast. The taste is cloudy and the aftertaste is probably a yogurt feeling. I think this can be enjoyed with food.
