Memorandum 4.2 The second in the Tsudanuma Seven series! Was it the first time... Atago no Matsu I knew the name for a while... It says "the ultimate food wine," and that's exactly what it tastes like. Is the aroma banana? Melon? It has a light aroma, a slight sourness and a slight bitterness. The sweetness is not too sweet, and it is very easy to drink, with a refreshing aftertaste. I usually like sake even if I don't have any expectations, but this one reminded me of something... as I write! I bought some of Kai's snacks too, lol... I'm going to try it with cured ham today...

Memorandum 3.9 This is the first in a series of items stocked at the 7-Eleven Tsudanuma store that was introduced on the Sakelabo channel! I had to go nearby, so I brought a cooler box and went to the sake corner first thing in the morning. I always stock up my sake at 7-Eleven, as well as other nearby 7-Eleven stores (lol). I bought a few bottles of Kudokibe for the first time because 300㎖ of the standard series was said to be raw sake. It has a nice aroma and tastes good (´´soukusou`). It is a little heavy, but if you can drink it at this price, it's totally possible! I am looking forward to the next Kudokutei.

Memorandum 4.3 My first Beau Michelle! I couldn't find it even when I went to Nagano, so I found it on a recent trip to Fukushima, bought it, and kept it in the refrigerator. The alcohol level is low but it's delicious. It's like a white wine! I have to drink it soon because my wife is going to drink it all if she finds out lol.

Memorandum 4.2 Golf competition trip to Higashiyama Onsen, a little far away from the hotel We visited Miyazumi brewery, famous for Keiraku, which we had to visit when we came to Aizu, and had our first re I'll buy it if it has a label, color, and limited edition! Since they don't sell 寫楽, I made sure to get it at the inn lol. I don't know all the details, but I'm told it's an assemblage... It's definitely different from the Miyazumi I've had so far, but the acidity and bitterness are well balanced and this one is delicious too.

Memorandum 4.2 I went to the neighborhood stockist for the first time in a long time and found they had some chrysanthemum. I went there thinking I'd get one, so I picked it up without hesitation and went home. Light aroma, light tingling. Sweetness and bitterness like a chrysanthemum The acidity is moderate. No unpleasant smell and a clean aftertaste. It is a well-balanced sake. Not that it matters at all, but I feel like drinking Sengoku for the first time in a long time.

Memorandum 4.8 The other day, I got a gift from the president of the company I work for. After I told him that I love Sentori, he gave me this as a gift.... He's a good worker, isn't he? I opened it as a gift for my son's coming-of-age ceremony. Finally the time has come for me to drink with my son... I don't get to drink this level of alcohol very often, so I'm going to have a little bit of it.

Memorandum 4.6 2024I had decided that this would be the first opening. My first Shinshu Kamerei ˊAKaseko It was worth the stopover at the brewery on the way back from Nagano! This time I was able to buy only one type of Kinmon-nishiki! The aroma is mild. Lightly tangy on the palate! Mmmm... delicious! Oh no, it's delicious! You can drink more and more because you can't feel any unwanted taste at all!

Memorandum 4.5 This is a prize from a recent competition! I was wondering when to open it, but it's Christmas today. It's been a while since I've had a bottle of Kangiku. The aroma is good, the slight sparkle is good, and the honey-like sweetness is a little too sweet for me, but it's delicious! I wish I could buy it directly from the store since it's so close...

The third Polish Polish in Masumi... No. 7 fully enjoyed to the last... The aroma is subdued, and in the mouth it tastes as mild as the atmosphere of its name. The acidity is also moderate, but it is delicious without being cloying. It is 12 degrees Celsius, so it is the kind of wine that makes you drink too much. It is a perfect sake for a hot and humid night. I feel like drinking No. 6 soon.

Sake after a long time I happened to be searching for a place to eat dinner from the hotel I was staying at in Nagano city, and I found a good sake shop in the back of the hotel. This time we bought 3 bottles of Masumi. The first one was from Suzumisake. There were small bottles for sale, so we bought a few bottles for souvenirs! The aroma is subdued. Refreshing and refreshing! Good acidity with little bitterness. I like No.6 yeast, so I think I can enjoy the difference of No.7 yeast.

Second in a series of birthday gifts. I kept them in the fridge at work and finally had room in my fridge at home, so I took them home lol. It's been a while since I've had Houou Mida. -∀-Holy shit! This is the first time I've had the first Shibori, but it's still delicious! It's full of lychee as it says. It is a bit more acidic than the other two, but it has no tangy taste and it's good too.
