I had left it lying in the refrigerator of the company for almost half a year.
I haven't had Kaze no Mori for years.
I remember drinking it when I first started drinking sake... I thought it was good then too, but it's still good...(*soukouri*)
From the gorgeous aroma, to the fizziness, to the acidity, to the light bitterness in the aftertaste, it's a well-balanced sake!
