I went to the neighborhood stockist for the first time in a long time and found they had some chrysanthemum.
I went there thinking I'd get one, so I picked it up without hesitation and went home.
Light aroma, light tingling.
Sweetness and bitterness like a chrysanthemum
The acidity is moderate.
No unpleasant smell and a clean aftertaste.
It is a well-balanced sake.
Not that it matters at all, but I feel like drinking Sengoku for the first time in a long time.
