Sake after a long time I happened to be searching for a place to eat dinner from the hotel I was staying at in Nagano city, and I found a good sake shop in the back of the hotel. This time we bought 3 bottles of Masumi. The first one was from Suzumisake. There were small bottles for sale, so we bought a few bottles for souvenirs! The aroma is subdued. Refreshing and refreshing! Good acidity with little bitterness. I like No.6 yeast, so I think I can enjoy the difference of No.7 yeast.

Second in a series of birthday gifts. I kept them in the fridge at work and finally had room in my fridge at home, so I took them home lol. It's been a while since I've had Houou Mida. -∀-Holy shit! This is the first time I've had the first Shibori, but it's still delicious! It's full of lychee as it says. It is a bit more acidic than the other two, but it has no tangy taste and it's good too.

It was a birthday present from a colleague, but I had never heard of a sake with such a name before (°ε°;) Did you all know about it? The reason why she chose it was because of its unusual name. So it's a collaboration product. It is slightly sparkling and has a strong sweetness, but it doesn't have a bad aftertaste... It's a little short, but it's not bad...

Happy birthday! Me (lol) I got this very precious Shinmasa Last Lapis from my sake master at the beginning of the year! He said that he could buy it at the regular price at his favorite liquor store in Aizu... He said, "You like Shinsei, don't you? I said I liked it, but is it OK to take it? It's the last! So, I was thinking of making him sleep tight, but he keeps asking me, "How was it? I'll open it on my birthday! So I will open it on my 47th birthday. It's like champagne! When I was making a fuss while taking pictures, my wife and son, who usually don't drink, gathered around.

It's been a while since I've posted here. I've been refraining from drinking sake lately, but a friend of mine bought some for me as a souvenir, so I have no choice but to have some. I've never heard of this sake, but it's from Tochigi, and I love Sengoku when I think of Tochigi - how about this? The aroma is modest, and when you put it in your mouth... it's like honey? It has a low acidity, a bit of bitterness, and is quite full-bodied. It seems to be made from Yumesasara sake rice. I thought that the smell of alcohol would come, but the aftertaste is not bad and it is delicious. It is a sake brewery that makes me want to try different kinds of sake!

Good evening ⭐︎ I've been on a low-key sake trip lately, but it's been a while since I've opened a gift (^^) Junmai Ginjo from Miyazumi, a company that never fails to deliver. It is a Fukunoka with a pretty pink label. The light ginjo aroma that spreads on the palate is fantastic! You make well-balanced sake~! If you go to Aizu, definitely stop by the sake brewery~!

I haven't posted in a very long time (^^; I've been sick and refrained from buying sake, lol. My friend gave me sake and 🍓 to celebrate my birthday next month, and I was surprised to get Tenbi which I wanted to try! I'll open the package as soon as possible. I've been curious about this sake since I saw the article about a new brewery with a female brewer... I've been looking forward to meeting her at a liquor store. Be careful when you open it! It's bubbling! Got it. I opened the bottle with a light squirt. It smells nice and fresh. The foam is slightly carbonated. In the mouth, there's a nice balance of fruity, sweet, bitter, and sour flavors! It's a beautiful sake - I like it! There's no smell of alcohol after finishing it, so I forgot I was drinking it and had another (lol). Definitely a repeat purchase!

Good evening everyone~✩. *˚ This is the third in a series of three reminders that I forgot to post the other day! I opened Red which I bought together with White from Mr. Sanguiku, my hometown again! The aroma is also gorgeous! Fresh and slightly carbonated! The fruity taste is also pleasant! While feeling some sourness... There's a bitterness that's different from White's! It's delicious too! But I like White...

Good evening everyone~✩. *˚ Today is the second in the series we stocked the other day! This is also the second in a series I've been wanting to try from a local brewery, Sanguiku (lol) The Omachi 50 Daiginjo, once a year, is very tempting to buy, isn't it (°д°)? It is completely different from the previous Beyond, which I like. It has a nice aroma, a little tingling, a fresh and gorgeous aroma, and a rich flavor and acidity that melts in your mouth, just like it says! I can't tell you how good it is, but would you understand if I told you that it's a trendy kind of taste? (laughs) I'm proud of the fact that there is a place which makes such a good sake near Chiba prefecture.

Good evening everyone✩. *˚ Today, we opened one of the instruments we purchased the other day! We opened our first instrument... ≧∇≦! I've been curious about it for a long time... I saw the green one before, and when I went to buy it a few days later, it was sold out... I thought I'd buy it right away if I saw it again, but it was a few months later... I went to buy it for something else, and it was there! It was over my budget, but it was 1300 yen, so I bought more (lol) I got some bonito tataki for dinner, so I thought I'd try it with a musical instrument. When I poured it into a glass, the aroma was slightly fruity! It doesn't smell like cheap alcohol at all... In the mouth, it's lightly tingling, melon-like, and fresh because it's 13 degrees, and there's a slight alcohol smell, but not for this amount of money! Holy shit, I'm looking forward to the next instrument...

Continuing with my hometown, I'd like to introduce you to a recent topic, Mr. Sanguiku. This is a sake brewery that takes 15 minutes by car, but it's a pity that you can't buy it even if you go to the sake brewery's direct sales office. I found it at my favorite convenience store in my neighborhood, so I had to buy it anyway (laughs). This is sweet (><). I can't help but feel it's sweet. When the rice is polished to 29%, it's no surprise that it has no miscellaneous flavors. But it's not for me...

It was so good that I drank it all up before I took this picture... (laughs) We missed to drink it last year, and we keep thinking that we should drink it this year. I compared it with the Daiginjo-shu which I will upload next, but I think I like this price sake a lot. The aroma and the sourness that spread in the mouth, it was a strike! Holy cow, I'm definitely buying this again next year!

Good evening, ladies and gentlemen✩. *˚ Is it the rainy season already? It's been raining like a rainy season! Today, I bought a bottle of the first Odeyaka series, not the Niida Honke Shizenshu. I was worried about whether to buy Meron again, but I was also interested in Odeyaka. The aroma before putting it in the mouth is...light Ginjo aroma When I put it in my mouth......it has gentle sweetness and sourness just like its name......I have never tasted it before......it was written that it is like melon.....but for me it is like pickles.... Holy shit, I found Shizenshu to be more suitable for me. I'd like to see how the flavor changes while letting it sit a little longer.

Good evening, everyone (^^) It's so hot and humid today... The season that I don't like has come...(NoД`) Well, today I bought my first sake in a while. For now, I'll open the cheapest of the three bottles (lol) As for the aroma... ah... the smell of alcohol is coming. Hmm? 18 degrees of alcohol, isn't that high? When I put it in my mouth fearfully... oh, I see... It's lightly tingling, followed by bitterness and umami. It's not my favorite type, but it's good once in a while ^^; I read that it tastes good lukewarm, so I'll try that later! Thanks for your hard work today.
