I knew the name for a while...
It says "the ultimate food wine," and that's exactly what it tastes like.
Is the aroma banana? Melon? It has a light aroma, a slight sourness and a slight bitterness. The sweetness is not too sweet, and it is very easy to drink, with a refreshing aftertaste.
I usually like sake even if I don't have any expectations, but this one reminded me of something... as I write!
I bought some of Kai's snacks too, lol... I'm going to try it with cured ham today...
