The label on the back of the bottle says, "Cold and warmed sake for an elegant aroma and flavor," so I had it warmed (in the microwave).
It has a tangy stimulus in the mouth with a fluffy aroma of rice, a light sweetness and a light richness that spreads to the palate, and a clean watery texture on the tongue with a refreshing aftertaste.
I like it a lot. I wouldn't mind having it as an everyday sake. A little cheaper would help, so I'll look for more!
