まーさ
Part 3 of our tour of major manufacturers looking for everyday sake
I wonder if it's the unpasteurized sake that gives off a fluffy sweet aroma when you taste it.
Crisp and clear" - I couldn't tell due to lack of experience.
Freshly squeezed flavour" - I think it's the aroma when you taste it.
In addition to that, there was a kind of richness and nigoriness like sweet sake after a few sips. Is it a miscellaneous taste? No, I think it's the depth.
It is very delicious. I think it's better than yesterday's Tokubetsu Junmai, and it's good for the price.
This package is excellent. The freshness and the Hakutsuru Shuzo logo. I like it very much. It is indeed a long seller.
