This is the first part of our journey to find everyday alcohol.
We will be trying out affordable sake from major manufacturers.
You can smell and taste the sake (not like the smell of rice), and then.... I'm not sure if that means it's not good or not.
But I don't think it tastes bad.
I haven't tried any other major brands of sake with the intention of finding an everyday sake, so I don't have a rating yet. If I get tired of it, I'll use it as a cooking sake.
I really like the label of this sake.
I can drink it as such. It's not a knock on it at all.
I look forward to future tours by major manufacturers.
