和服好きWhen drunk chilled, it had a bitter aftertaste from clear. It also had a strong alcohol taste.
As it approached room temperature, it was delicious with a refreshing muscat-like sweetness.
Unfortunately, I couldn't drink it warmed 😭
So I did my best to warm it up by hand. LOL!
This sake seems to have more flavor at higher temperatures 😊.
