Sake purchased with Nabeshima|Tokujun Aizan
I have been interested in this sake for a long time.
The naming has a strong punch, but the sake has a good balance between the umami and aroma of the raw sake.
I drank it over a week or so while enjoying the changes, but the flavor did not lose at all even after the bottle was opened. It has a firm taste and a slightly rounded flavor that is different from that of the first saké.
Now let's drink the front side!
