@Yamagata
Yamagata is also a treasure house of great sake for me!
Now, this time, a bottle only for the Sake Festival!
Ginrei-Gassan, a sake I knew the name of but had never had before!
I knew it!
I knew it!
Sake from Yamagata, or rather Tohoku, does a really good job!
The moderate sweetness and umami are outstanding, and the concentration is such that you don't get tired of drinking it. It goes well with Japanese food, and you can gobble it up!
Delicious!

Dry, strong sake-like taste
Sense of Sake
This sake has a strong sake-like taste, not like a daiginjo. The mouthfeel is dry. After drinking, the aroma of sake leaves your nose.
Purchased at an old-fashioned liquor store owned by an old lady in the neighborhood.
The name says it all... and in the snow!
And from the date of manufacture.
It's supposed to be a 2 year old mature sake.
But it doesn't look like it.
It seems rather smooth.
