We had it at Uogusa in Ueno.
It's my first time to drink Hiroshima sake!
It is a little sweet. I paired it with sashimi, but it would be better to pair it with nuts or something dry to bring out the sweetness.
It is indeed dry. The moment you put it in your mouth, the spiciness comes to your upper jaw. The spiciness lingers through the throat and afterwards. The taste is a little light. It is a man's sake!
It has a moderate alcohol content of 13 degrees, so you can get nice and tipsy. The sweetness comes first and leaves a tangy aftertaste on the back of the tongue. It's a smooth sake, and it's got the food going for it!
Sorry for the crotch lol
I didn't know there was such cheap, good sake in Tokyo!
About 900 yen at the supermarket.
It's cheap, but there's no brewed alcohol, so it's serious business!
We drink it cold. The sweetness is followed by a tangy aftertaste that lingers at the back of the throat. It went well with cheese!
