I looked for another place where I could drink it and found this place, but they seemed to have sold out of Shinsei,
Maybe it is hard to drink Shinsei even in Akita 🤔.
I decided to try another famous Akita sake, Ippakusuisei.
It is less fruity than I expected.
It has a nice sharpness and goes well with sushi.
