The second cup. This is Hana Yuu, a brand I had been curious about.
It is a rich sweet sake, but the sweetness does not linger in the mouth, making it easy to drink.
As one would expect from a brewery that received technical guidance from the Takagi Shuzo brewer of Jyushiyo!

At a sushi restaurant in Akita.
When I arrived in Akita, I went to the famous Eiraku Restaurant to drink Shinsei, but the restaurant was full of reservations.
I looked for another place where I could drink it and found this place, but they seemed to have sold out of Shinsei,
Maybe it is hard to drink Shinsei even in Akita 🤔.
I decided to try another famous Akita sake, Ippakusuisei.
It is less fruity than I expected.
It has a nice sharpness and goes well with sushi.
