Clifton Calf, I like this printmaker so much that I once went to a gallery in Kanazawa to get a bottle ✋🏻.
I met this bottle at a kappo (Japanese restaurant) that he was very familiar with and had a connection with Kyoto ❤️ It's a refreshing and light drink, and a rare brand that is not sold to the public ✨.
We were told that the store has a considerable collection of prints by Mr. Karpf 👀 It was a pleasant night in Kyoto 👍🏻.

I remember this brand was advertised on TV as "Bishu Blanc", but I don't know what "Bishu" means because I'm a kid, so I think it was something special ✋🏻.
I think it was a big brewery in Akita at the time.
Aside from the vigor of the label, I'm not a fan of junmai because of the miscellaneous flavors 🌀

This day was supposed to be an alumni party of my former workplace, but since there was a lot of noise about the arrival of the 7th wave, it was suddenly cancelled ⤵️ so it became a quiet sake party with 2 organizers ✋🏻.
The same size Junmai Daiginjo we drank before was out of stock, so we chose this one and it was dry 😅.
