I bought it because I heard it was reputed to be a cosmetically pleasing sake. In fact, it was quite cheap. The taste is not bad. It is not deep, but it has sweetness, acidity, sharpness, and various other tastes. I did not detect any Daiginjo-like aroma.
As I drank it, I began to feel a slight alcohol residue. It seems to linger into tomorrow. Maybe it's a preconceived notion based on the price...?
Pleasantly stimulating on the tongue. There is a sense of effervescence. The taste is a bit hard. It seems to stay on the tip of the tongue rather than spreading in the mouth.
Sharp sake with a sharpness and a slight sweetness that coexist. A little different from my favorite taste, but delicious.
At first I felt it was a little lackluster, but I never get bored even if I keep drinking it. Is it because the flavor direction is not monotonous?
