This is one of the first I've ever heard of. Maybe the first sake from Chiba. It is juicy, elegant and sweet. You can go as much as you like in summer. Delicious!
I bought it because I heard it was reputed to be a cosmetically pleasing sake. In fact, it was quite cheap. The taste is not bad. It is not deep, but it has sweetness, acidity, sharpness, and various other tastes. I did not detect any Daiginjo-like aroma.
As I drank it, I began to feel a slight alcohol residue. It seems to linger into tomorrow. Maybe it's a preconceived notion based on the price...?
Pleasantly stimulating on the tongue. There is a sense of effervescence. The taste is a bit hard. It seems to stay on the tip of the tongue rather than spreading in the mouth.
