When poured into a glass, it is strong. Air bubbles stick to the glass.
When you put it in your mouth, it clings to the palate and has a gentle sweetness.
It has a gentle sweetness, but you can feel it well. The aftertaste is a little bitter, but I think the balance is good.

It's a very flavorful sake. Of course it has a sharpness. It was a good sake for the end of the year.

When I opened the bottle, I could smell the fruity aroma, so I thought I could taste it in my mouth, but it was more of a taste than an aroma. It clings to your tongue and you can really taste the flavor of this sake.

雑味と言えばいいのでしょうか。最初に感じるのですが、甘みが後を追うように感じて最後に少しキレもあります。美味しい。

冷やでいただきましたが違う温度帯でもかなりいいのでは？と思いました。
食中酒にも最適でしょう。
香りはほのかにメロン系。後半にキレも感じますが強すぎずバランスのいいお酒です。
