Unmai. Fresh aroma like pear. Soft. A clear sweetness oozes out, and the aroma of rice. It's so good!
Purchased at 7-Eleven Maruko Wako on the way back from 10/25 from Takeju Shuzo to Otsuka Shuzo. This convenience store is located at the junction of Ueda and Saku after passing through the Sanzaiyama Tunnel.
It has a large selection of sake from Shinshu breweries. I found a good store.
I sometimes see Meiho, but this was the first time I saw Shuho, so I bought it. It's really good. Shinshu Meiho gave me a stamp of "Shuhou" in country tourism, which made me very happy.
I was so happy to get a stamp of "Shu" at Shinshu Meiho.
