I had a similar impression of Iwanami Shuzo's Gekko (fresh stored) a few years ago, but...is that what it is? We are currently exploring izakayas in front of Matsumoto station. However, the cost is high, so I'm trying to keep it moderate. It is located on the second floor of the building, which is quite close to the Matsumoto station, so it is a surprisingly good izakaya. The owner originally liked Keiji Maeda so much that he decided to name the restaurant after him. And a regular customer donated Keiji Hana no Keiji goods, so the interior was a wonderful place full of Keiji Hana no Keiji. The limited-time-only kurikoro was very tasty.

The impression changes when it is heated, with an aroma reminiscent of milk caramel and sweetness. It is soft. It is good. A collaboration between Matsumoto City's Otsuki Sake Shop and Iwanami Sake Brewery, it is not sold at other stores because it is a private-brand product, but it is surprisingly available at restaurants in front of Matsumoto Station since it was originally sold by a wholesaler. Starting with this sake, Iwanami Brewery has undertaken numerous OEM projects and is recognized as a brewery with the ability to meet a variety of demands. In addition to the recently award-winning Kitsu Na, this is also true of Fukashi Tsuru and Gekko, which I have drank myself in the past. Their main brands are Iwanami and Kagamikazuki. However, only Shinano-no-kuni (somewhat minor) is registered in Sakegawa, and one check-in is in disarray. Ota Washi ya.
