Kurosawa nama-hashiroshi tokubetsu junmai nama sake mixed with some kind of sake. It tastes awfully good.

The tasting starts 5 minutes before 9:30, so it's pretty loose. Suki.
Sake lees soup, amazake (sweet sake), kasuzuke (pickles with sake lees), and barrel sake will be served. 30 kinds of sake are available for tasting for 1500 yen (only the first glass is free for KEG). Local vegetables and snacks from restaurants are also available for purchase. The event attracts a wide range of customers from children to the elderly.
The Matsumoto - Saku area is only a short drive by car through a tunnel, but by public transportation, access was moderately difficult as you had to make a detour to Kobuchisawa. But it was a great harvest for the gods. 猫punchS〆MShortly after opening the bottle, it was delicious, with a white wine-like aroma, light mouthfeel, moderate sweetness, and a lingering citrus-like bitterness 😆.

The front is sticky and the paper is very thin, so it tore and wrinkled.
The back is also sticky and water sensitive so I couldn't remove it!
Where to buy 🍶: Kurosawa Sake Brewery Shop 猫punchS〆MI bought it with sake when I visited the brewery 🍶. I don't know about the original sake as this was my first time to Izutsucho, but the first thing I noticed was a very pretty strawberry color from the amazake lees mixed with the pink 🩷 of the pickled plums. The flavor has a mild topping aroma and a slightly stronger sourness from the pickled plums. I expected it to be a bit sweeter since it is an amazake, but it is quite sour and refreshing in the hot summer months, and it also increases one's appetite as an aperitif 😆.

Nigori, effervescent. Slightly sweet and firm taste. Weak acidity, bitterness on the tongue. I rather like it.
The label on the back of the bottle says it is supposed to be heated to O, but I warmed it up. It was cold. It is very easy to drink, but it is not impressive. Certainly O.
Purchased at a sake brewery. Limited edition at the brewery shop.
A magnificent house. The shop is spacious and sells not only sake, but other goods as well. There is also a cafe and event space. The museum is open to the public, and you can see the old tools, sake containers, signboards, and so on. The name of the shop is said to mean "chief (osa) of a well. I had never heard of it before.
Picture 4 is a back fatty pork bone ramen with Kurosawa Sake Kasu (sake lees). It tasted like a big fight between the aroma of sake and pork bone. The collaboration between a ramen shop and a sake brewery in Saku is now being held - 2/12. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
