No.6 of Xmas that I managed to drink 🎄. Unquestionably good ❗️ Brewed with sake rice produced in Akita Prefecture using pure rice brewing with the Rokugou yeast. Our brewery is dedicated to the pure sake brewing process using the pure rice yeast from the traditional sake brewing method in order to maximize the appeal of the ingredients. We do not use the following additives that are not required to be labeled even if used: acids (such as brewing lactic acid), inorganic salts (such as potassium nitrate), and enzymes (such as amylase).
